“Absolutely the worst possible place to order cheques from.”

That’s how the first Yelp review for one cheque printing service begins.

You might say, “Well, that’s just one review. You can’t sling mud at a company based on a single review.”

You’re right. So, let’s read the next one..

“You have the internet wired with Ads directing everyone to you but your customer service is zero. You are my first yelp review because I always believe I may have caught someone at the wrong time but it seems your company just likes the con.”

Ouch.

And the next one?

“The bank gives you an 800 # to order new cheques and no one answers, for hours………”

And the next?

“These people are HORRIBLE. Just trust me, I'm not even going to explain why. It's not worth any more of my time. Don't use these people.”

It goes on like that for 18 straight reviews. That’s all the reviews. All of them are one-star. By the way, there is no “zero-star” rating. So, every single Yelp review for this company is one-star.

Next you might say, “Well, this is probably some small, fly-by-night cheque printing company.”

Nope, it’s one of the biggest names in our industry. In fact, there’s a VERY good chance, you’ve ordered from them.

How do they get away with service this bad?

Mostly because they’ve got a cozy deal with the big banks. Customers of these big banks are directed to this company when they need cheques. So, because this company gets a steady stream of customers (who think they have no alternatives) they don’t have to try very hard.

Why provide excellent customer service if the customers who believe they have no options are delivered right to your door every single day? Chickens for the plucking.
