Forge Digital Banking:
Order Cheques page > Order Cheques button starts ASAP Cheque Ordering Plugin to take member securely to ACOA website for placing orders and checking order status
Steps:
- Let your Central 1 Client Relationship Manager know that you are ready to try out the "ASAP Cheque Ordering plugin" with your Forge Online Banking. They will create a ticket to start the process.
- Sign up for a free trial with ASAP and start the easy onboarding process .. ASAP will have everything ready on our end within 2-3 business days of receipt of the info we need from you eg. authorized staff, account package descriptions, pricing adjustments if any, logo, etc.
- Review your member agreements to confirm that providing the account information to a 3rd party is covered.
- Central 1 installs the plugin in your test environment, and sets up your “Order Cheques” page with the text you want members to see (we provide some default text for you to review and adjust if required).
- You schedule call(s) with your Call Centre, Branch Staff, IT, Marketing, Legal and ASAP to coordinate the launch.
- You test to confirm that the plugin works properly.
- You let Central 1 know that you are ready for the plugin to be set up in your production environment.
- Announcement and promotion by you, ASAP and possibly Central 1.
- Central 1 installs the plugin in your production environment.
- Members can now place orders and check order status using ACOA, and branch staff/call centre can do the same using AFIO (the app for branch staff) or an internal standalone launch page.
Notes:
- For charter clients, there is no charge at all from ASAP for the Forge Cheque Order plugin or our ACOA (for members) and AFIO (for branch staff) apps.
- There will be a nominal implementation fee from Central 1 to set up the plugin and Order Cheques page on your test server, pre-production server and production server.
- If your core banking does not specify all of the details to Forge Digital Banking, then orders will be into a queue where branch staff can quickly and easily review orders and add/correct:
- Order is for a chequing accounts
- Joint accounts
- Account type (personal vs. business)
