Do you charge for initial setup?

No charge - ASAP does not charge for setup, training or the use of our apps.

Can you send us a price list?

Yes - just let the Account Manager know you would like one. Your members will usually pay 30%-50% less than D+H.

Can you send us samples?

That's why we have a 5-day free trial period. Simply have the orders shipped to the branch so you can see our products for yourself.

Can you supply us with partner references?

Yes - just ask an Account Manager.

Do you require an exclusive contract?

No - ASAP does not require an exclusive contract.

How do we pay for orders that our FI pays for?

2 choices. Most of our FI partners provide us with an internal account number that is debited directly - this is easiest and the most efficient for everyone. On request we can also invoice with 15 day terms which can be paid by EFT (preferred), e-transfer, or a cheque in the mail.On request we can also invoice with 15 day terms.

How long does the training take?

We have training videos that can be watched in less than an hour.

How soon can setup and training be arranged?

In most cases, we are ready within 3 business days from the time you provide all of the information we require to set up your profile.

Are there special / lower prices for Senior or Student accounts?

We can tailor your profile to offer whatever pricing plans your FI offers the members. The member pays a portion with the FI covering whatever percentage or dollar amount they choose to offset for Senior or Student accounts.We have flexible pricing options for different types of accounts such as Senior and Student accounts.

What security measures do you have in place to protect our Members information?

Everything you would expect! Secure apps and server, secure facility with video monitoring, detailed audit trail, redundant frequent encrypted offsite backups, access to our apps only during your branch hours, police checks when staff are hired. Our Account Managers can provide a document with more details.

Can our Members go online and order their own cheques?

Yes - our (free!) mobile friendly ACOA app is already integrated with Central 1's Forge Digital Banking Platform, and can easily be integrated with other web banking apps and can even be used without integration. Members can order, and check order status 24/7 without having to contact your branch or call centre. Central 1 may have their fee schedule so it's best to check with them for any additional costs.
