Shop Early - Ship Early

Please be patient and allow extra time for your delivery by placing your order early. All courier services such as FedEx or UPS and mail carriers such as Canada Post experience higher than normal volumes of parcels and mail at certain times of the year especially around special holidays. Due to volume, and weather events, carriers cannot always guarantee normal delivery standards making delays unavoidable. Most times deliveries are on time but not always.

If you have a specific delivery date that must be met, make sure to let us know in the Comments of the online order or send us an email right away with your order confirmation number so we can do what is needed to make sure it is processed quickly and reaches you by that delivery date.
