Integrating Cheque Ordering with Your Online Banking

Branch Staff/Call Centre:
AFIO web app or standalone ACOA HTML launch page  ACOA for placing orders and checking order status

 

Steps:

  1. Let your Online Banking vendor contact know that you are interested in integrating their app with ASAP's cheque ordering app.
  2. ASAP provides integration documentation to Online Banking vendor and related discussions.
  3. FI and Online Banking vendor decide whether to proceed and timeframe.
  4. Sign up for a free trial with ASAP and start the easy onboarding process .. ASAP will have everything ready on our end within 2-3 business days.
  5. Online Banking vendor completes the integration.
  6. You test and then let your Online Banking vendor know that you are ready for the widget to be set up in your production environment.
  7. Call(s) with your Call Centre, branch staff, IT, Marketing, Legal and ASAP to coordinate the launch.
  8. Online Banking vendor sets up the integration in your production environment.
  9. Members can now place orders and check order status using ACOA, and branch staff/call centre can do the same using AFIO or an internal standalone launch page.
