What are my shipping options?
We offer shipping via Canada Post (all services) as well as FedEx.
How long will it take?
It depends on the service you select (eg. anywhere from 1 to 7 days).
Note that the shipping time starts once your order is picked up from ASAP. With printed cheques and forms, this is usually within 2 business days of receiving all of the information we need to process your order. For other products, they are usually ready to ship the day after you place your order, sometimes sooner.
How much is shipping?
It depends on what you order, where the products are being shipped to and how fast you want it. We do not add on any surcharges, so the rate you get from Canada Post is what we charge.
When you get to the payment part of the checkout process, you will see a list of the exact shipping rate options for what you have ordered. If you want to get a rough idea first, click on the following link for Canada Post. Orders are shipped from Gananoque, Ontario (postal code K7G 1H9). An order of 500 cheques weighs between 4 and 8 lbs (less for 3/page formats), an ink cartridges weighs 1 lb, a toner cartridge weighs between 5 and 8 lbs, and 500 envelopes weigh approximately 5 lbs.
